All positional stainless steel electrode depositing 308L Austenitic weld metal. Excellent deslag and outstanding welding properties with low spatter levels.

Suitable for the repair and welding of wrought and cast alloys such as 304, 304L, C12 and 304.S.62 . Suitable for use in corrosive environments up to 400°C. Also suitable for welding type 321 stabilised grade, in addition to types 301, 302 and 303.

Suitable for the repair and welding of 304H stainless steels with a controlled carbon content of 0.04-0.08% carbon and creep/oxidation 304H stainless steels

Used mainly for welding and repairing of duplex (Austenitic/Ferritic) alloys such as UNS S32760(wrought), UNS J99680(cast), Sandvik SAF 2507 and UR52N.

 All positional, basic coated, 308Mo stainless steel electrode having excellent deslag and bead profile. 

Used for welding hardenable high strength steels, such as armour plate with typically 0.3C, 2Cr, 0.5Ni, 0.4Mo. 

Materials:- ARMOUR PLATE - MVEE 816 (MoD), Armox 816 (Swedish Steel) Compass B555 (Sleeman).

This electrode finds use in the fabrication and repair of offshore installations and pipework by virtue of its high strength and corrosion resistance, can be used for welding SAF2205, DINI.4662, Avesta 223, Sandvik 223, UNS1803 and ASTM A182 Gr. F51.

Used mainly for welding stainless steels and wrought and cast alloys to carbon steels such as 304 clad steels. This is known as a transition weld used largely for pressure vessel fabrications. For cladding it deposits a 308-type deposit on carbon steel and can be followed by 307-weld metal. 8-20FN range

Used mainly for welding molybdenum bearing steels and wrought and cast alloys to Ferritic steels such as 316, 317 and 318 steel. This is known as a transition weld used for pressure vessel fabrications.

Used mainly for welding and repairing steels of unknown specifications and for dissimilar welds between Ferritic and Austenitic steels. Also used for welding difficult to weld medium and high carbon steels, can also tolerate high rates of dilution.

Basic coated, nickel-based electrode for welding nickel-based steels, having excellent deslag and bead profile.

Used mainly for welding and repairing nickel base alloys such as Inconel 82, 601ã, Nimonic 75â, Inconel 600â and transition joints for use in pressure and cryogenic service. Such as 2CrMo to 316H material in conditions of long term creep.

BS EN ISO 14172: E Ni 6625 (NiCr22Mo9Nb)

WB5535Eis a Ni-Cr-Mo type, MMA electrode ENiCrMo-3. WB5535E is made on matching base core wire core wire. Excellent welder appeal in all positions.

WB5535E is optimised for welding in all positions. Particularly suited for pipe work. Extensively used in the offshore / marine industry. Excellent pitting resistance (PRE=50).
