WB59M

AWS A5.14: ERNiCrMo-13
BS EN ISO 18274: NiCr23Mo16

WB59M is MAG wire for the welding Ni-Cr-Mo base alloys.

WB59M is extensively used in the offshore / marine industry. Excellent pitting resistance.  

 

Typical materials to be welded: - Alloy 625, C-276, C22, and other high strength alloys such as 6Mo stainless. Some typical base metals that this alloy is used on are ASTM and ASME B an SB 574, 575, 619, 625 & 625

 

WB61M

AWS A5.14: ERNi-1

Solid MIG wire for the welding of nickel base alloys.

WB61M is extensively used for the welding and repairing of heat exchangers, piping vessels and evaporators. Also, a popular choice within the chemical process industry.  

Typical base materials: Monel alloys, Incoloy alloys, Nickel 200 & 201.

WB67M

AWS A5.7: ERCuNi

Copper-Nickel, solid MIG wire.

WB67M is suitable for the repair and welding of CN103-CN107, CA 715UNS C71500and similar cupronickel alloys.


Used extensively for offshore pipe and cladding systems, desalination plants and
similar applications / environments.

WB718M

AWS A5.14/A5.14M: ERNiFeCr-2 UNS: N07718

WB718M is a MIG wire for the welding nickel base alloys, overlaying carbon steels
and combinations of both.

This alloy is commonly used in the age hardened condition to increase strength.

WB82M

AWS A5.14: ERNiCr-3
BS EN ISO 18274: NiCr20Mn3Nb

WB82M is MIG wire for the welding nickel base alloys, dissimilar joints, corrosion, and high temperature applications

WB82M is extensively used in the offshore / marine / power generation.  

 

Typical materials to be welded: - Inconel Alloys 600, 601 & 690, Incoloy alloys 800 & 800HT and for Incoloy alloy 330. Incoloys, Nilo, Brghtray and similar Ni-base alloys. Dissimilar joints between Ni-base alloys, ferritic and austenitic steels.

WB625M

WB625M is MIG wire for the welding nickel base alloys, overlaying carbon steels and combinations of the both

WB625M is extensively used in the offshore / marine industry. Excellent pitting resistance (PRE=50).  Typical materials to be welded: Alloy 625: ASTM UNS N06625, BS NA21, DIN 2.4856, InconelÒ 625 (Inco), Nicrofer 6020hMo, 6022Hmo (VDM), High Nickel : Inconel Ò 601, Incoloy Ò 800H, 825 (Inco) and equivalents, Super Austenitic : UNS S31254, (254SMO), 904L and similar alloys. WBC26M

AWS A5.7: ERCuNiAl
BS EN ISO 24373: CuAl9Ni5Fe3Mn2

Ni-Al-Cu solid MIG wire.

WBC26M is suitable for the repair and welding of CA104, CA105, AB2 (cast), Alloy 3, ASTM C63200 & CA630.

 

Typical applications include: - corrosion resistant and spark resistant pumps, ship propellers, heat exchangers etc.
